What is Alignment

What is Alignment

Alignment

Alignment is a tool by which you can adjust your text in a document to the left side, right side or to the center.

Short Keys:
ctrl + L for left text alignment
ctrl + R for right text alignment
ctrl + E for center alignment of the text


you can apply this after selecting your text with the help of mouse(left mouse button) or keyboard(shift + arrow keys).

F5                                                  Go to a specific cell

F11                                                Create Chart

F7                                                  Spell check selected text/

Ctrl + shift + +                              Enter the current time

Alt + shift + F1                             Insert new worksheet

Shift + F3                                     Open the excel formula window

Shift + F5                                     Bring up search box

Ctrl + A                                        Select all content

Ctrl + K                                       Insert Hyperlink

Ctrl + F9                                      Minimize current window

Ctrl + F10                                    Maximize Current Window

Ctrl + F6                                      Switch between open   
                               worksheet/Window

Ctrl + tab                                     Two or more open Excel fields

Alt + F                                         Create a formula to sum all the 
                 above cells

Ctrl + Spacebar                          Select Entire column

Shift + Spacebar                         Select Entire Rows
