How to exit MS Word

1. Click on Office Button from top of the corner. You will see a drop-down menu. 
2. Click on Exit . MS Word will close down. 
3. If you give the Exit command without saving your work, MS Word will ask you if you wish to save the changes you have made to your work before closing the file.
4. or simply pressing alt+f4 for closing dialog box or clicking the Red Cross Button from top right corner.
