Saving a document for the first time
- Select the office button from top left corner.A drop-down menu will open. Select the Save As command from it. A dialog box will appear.
- Choose the location or the place where you want the file to be saved, and type the file name.
- Click on Save.
Saving Changes in an existing document
You can save changes to an existing document(that has been saved before) by clicking on the icon(floppy type) form the standard toolbar(Home Menu) or by selecting Save from the Office button or by command "ctrl+s"
