To Change Case of your text in ms-word 2007
As we all know if we need a textual data in our document to be uppercase means to be capitalised each word we need to select CAP LOCK key from the keyboard before typing anything.......
But what will you do if your text is in lowercase or in small letters???
after typing if you got any instructions to be shown content or work in capital your caps lock key will not work at that time you need to follow some easy steps:
select your text which you wanted to be capitalised
go to home menu from menu bar of ms-word 2007
select " Aa " from the formatting tool baryou will see several options such as:
- Sentence Case
- lower Case
- Upper Case
- Toggle Case
each has different functionality
for e.g. you have typed "welcome" and you selected Sentence case
welcome word will be looked as = "Welcome" first word will be capital according to the rule of english and other will be in small till the system got any full stop or para change.
lower case will impact your text to be in small letters.
Upper Case will change your text into Capital each word.
Toggle Case is something mix of lower and upper for e.g. you typed
"Welcome To The World of COMPUTERS"
it will change the capital words to be in lower case and the small letter word will be changed into capital
so the result will be "wELCOME tO tHE wORLD OF computers"
alternative method
press Ctrl + D for font dialog box
select the "All Caps" Option from the following and then ok, your small letter content will be capitalised.
