Wallpaper on the DESKTOP SCREEN
STEP 1:
Right click from mouse on the desktop screen in free space.
STEP 2:
Choose properties/personalize from the dialog box appear.
STEP 3:
Select Desktop Menu from the Display properties window.
STEP 4:
Select any picture, Apply then OK.
